Cross Country Men Land 10th This Week in Regional Rankings

BUCKHANNON – The West Virginia Wesleyan men's cross country team remained in the latest USTFCCCA NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Rankings this week that were released today.

They did drop one spot though as they fell from ninth to 10th.

Gannon (Pa.) who was unranked last week leapfrogged the men into ninth place.

Concord is the only other Mountain East Conference team to appear in the regional rankings as they maintained their No. 4 spot.

Shippensburg is first in the regional rankings while fellow PSAC member Edinboro (Pa.) is second.

Wesleyan ran today in the V.A. Hospital Challenge in Clarksburg just prior to the rankings being announced.

They will compete in the Mountain East Conference Championships on Saturday, Oct. 21 in Bridgeport.
