Lady Bobcats Move Up to 13th in the Nation This Week

BUCKHANNON – Following a perfect 2-0 week, the West Virginia Wesleyan women's soccer team moved up one spot in the third weekly installment of the United Soccer Coaches (USC) NCAA Division II Women's Soccer Rankings.

The Lady Bobcats are 13th this week after being ranked 14nd last week.

The Lady Bobcats are the only Mountain East Conference team in the national rankings.

Head coach Patrick Holguin and his Lady Bobcats are 5-0-1 on the season.

In the USC Atlantic Regional Rankings, Wesleyan remained second behind Kutztown University.

Notre Dame College is the other MEC squad ranked regionally as they stayed fifth.

Wesleyan will play again Wednesday when they visit Concord at 1 p.m.
