Wesleyan Tops Wheeling Jesuit, 2-0

West Virginia Wesleyan women's soccer team out shot Wheeling Jesuit this evening 13-3 to help the Bobcats walk away with a 2-0 victory and improve their record to 10-3-2.

Wesleyan grabbed the first goal of the game 13 minutes into the game when Rachel Ritchey scored an unassisted goal to give the Bobcats a 1-0 lead in the first half.

The next goal came in second half of play with 69:14 on the clock when Abbey Lindblad received a pass from teammate Zania Thomas.

Caroline Lalley recorded two saves in the game.

The Bobcats are next in action on October 26 on the road playing Lock Haven University at 2 p.m.
