Senior outside hitter Jessica Pattyn, junior libero Renata Comparini and sophomore outside hitter Paula Renteria were all selected second team All-WVIAC selections as chosen by the league's coaches. Erin Bond made the All-Freshman team.

Wheeling Jesuit's Alissa Ware was selected as the conference Player of the Year. Alderson-Broaddus' Victoria Morgan took home Freshman of the Year honors and WJU's Christy Benner was tabbed Coach of the Year.
