BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – Wheeling Jesuit rallied from a 13-point halftime deficit to edge West Virginia Wesleyan, 83-80 on Tuesday night.
Raymont McElroy led the way for the Bobcats with 31 points. Reggie Chambers added 16 and T.J. Thompson finished with 13 points off the bench.
Ben Seifert tallied 24 points for WJU. Steve Catich added 23, while Recardo Gaddy and Obi Ukwuoma each recorded 11 points.
Wesleyan is now 1-1 on the year, and will return to action at Pitt-Johnstown next Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
