MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – West Virginia Wesleyan scored four second half goals on their way to a 6-2 victory.
Sam Turner put Wesleyan in front 1-0 with a goal 15 minutes into the game. Millersville's Jeremy Robbins knotted the game at 1-1 nine minutes later. Jordan Halpern found the back of the net with seven minutes left in the first half to put Wesleyan back on top 2-1 at intermission.
Joe Ferraracci kept the offense rolling with a goal to make the score 3-1. Halpern's second goal of the game extended the advantage to 4-1. The Marauders' Will Taylor cut the deficit to 4-2. Pavle Milicevic and Daniel Smee also tallied goals to seal the 6-2 victory.
Derik Ayers made one save for the Bobcats.
Wesleyan welcomes Ohio Valley on Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
