SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. – Shepherd advanced to the quarterfinals of the WVIAC tournament with a 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 25-15) over West Virginia Wesleyan on Monday night.

Erin Bond notched 11 kills on the night while Casey Pattyn dished out 20 assists. Renata Comparini finished her final collegiate game with 18 digs.

The Bobcats finish the 2012 campaign with an overall record of 10-20. Shepherd advances to face top-seeded Wheeling Jesuit on Thursday.
