Bobcats Go 1-1 on First Day at Lockhaven Invitational

LOCKHAVEN, Pa--WV Wesleyan defeated Queens, 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-17), before falling to Ashland, 3-0 (25-16, 25-21, 25-15).

Erin Bond led the WVWC attack against Queens with 11 kills. Casey Pattyn dished out 24 assists and Renata Comparini notched 14 digs.

Pattyn and Samantha Swann each recorded 7 kills against Ashland. Mariah Williams registered 10 assists.

Wesleyan continues play in the Lockhaven Invitational on Saturday.
