Box Score

West Liberty, W.Va. -- Wesleyan's Women's Soccer Team winning streak came to a halt after suffering a 1-0 defeat to West Liberty Wednesday afternoon.

Despite beating West Liberty earlier on this season, the Bobcat's could not repeat the win with West Liberty's goal coming in the double overtime.

The game appeared to be heading for a 0-0 stalemate until a well-struck shot in the 115th minute from the Hilltopper's Courtney Webb, caught Duncan by surprise with the ball nestling into the bottom left corner.

Wesleyan are now 5-2-1 in the Conference and 6-4-1 overall. The Lady Bobcat's host Concord for homecoming on Saturday October 12 at 2:00pm.
