BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- The West Virginia Wesleyan Men's tennis team took a 6-3 win from visiting Shepherd University Saturday to raise their record to 6-4 and 3-2 in the WVIAC.
The Bobcats got dominating performances from seniors Javi Yim Kim and Ed Gusevs, as they each won straight set matches in singles and then paired up to win 8-1 at the top doubles spot.
Aitor Reparaz and Andre Fernandes also captured singles wins for the 'Cats, who remain in third place in the WVIAC behind Bluefield State and Charleston. Wesleyan next plays at Fairmont State on Friday, April 5th at 3pm, and then hosts the Falcons on April 8th at 4pm.
