BUCKHANNON- West Virginia Wesleyan Women's Basketball team came up short during Wednesday nights competition at Shepherd, losing 65-47.

Down by three going into the third quarter, the Rams outscored the Bobcats 26-13 increasing their lead to 52-36 entering the fourth quarter.

Leading the Bobcats was Victoria Jackson scoring 10 points and 8 rebounds. Mari Stewart also grabbed 8 rebounds.

Wesleyan fall to an overall record of 5-12 and 3-8 in the MEC. The Bobcats will return to action on Saturday at Glenville with a tip off at 2pm.
