Box Score BUCKHANNON – West Virginia Wesleyan Women's Basketball team lost to Notre Dame College during Saturday afternoon's game 85-68.
Wesleyan was down by 1 going into the half and were outscored 26-17 in the 3rd quarter. Unfortunately, the Bobcats could not defend Notre Dame's high shooting percentage behind the arc (47%).
Leading the Bobcats were Stacy Remer, Abi Gabauer, and Tara Goldman. Remer scored 15 points followed by Gabauer scoring 12 points and Goldman with 10 points.
Wesleyan's record falls to 5-9 overall and 3-5 in the MEC. They will return to action on their home court on Thursday against Charleston for a 5:30 tip off.
