The Basics
The West Virginia Wesleyan cross country teams compete in Muskingum, Muskingum, Ohio, on Saturday (Oct. 2). The race will occur at Agnes Moorehead Farm, with the women's race kicking off at 11 a.m. The men will follow at 12 p.m.
Quick Hits
- WVWC last competed on September 25th at the Lock Haven Invitational. The men finished 14 out of 20 competing teams, and the women finished 16th out of 22 competing teams.
- Evan Pyles was the top performer on the men's side, running 26:29 and taking home 59th out of 289 competitors.
- Jacob Defibaugh added another solid race to his young Wesleyan career, crossing the finish line in 26:48.
- Tori Carr continued her strong season finishing the 6k course in 22:57, good for 34th out of 249 competitors.
- This is the final meet before both teams run in the Mountain East Conference Championships.
