MEC Cross Country Championships Preview

WVWC will compete in Wheeling, W.Va. at the Crispin Golf Course at Oglebay Park.

The West Virginia Wesleyan women's cross country team is set to compete in the Mountain East Conference Championships this Saturday (March 20) at Crispin Golf Course at Oglebay Park in Wheeling, W.Va.

  • Last time out, the Wesleyan women's cross country team took second place in the Davis & Elkins Winter Invite. 
  • Tori Carr led all Bobcat runners by finishing in seventh place. Carr finished her race with a time of 19:29.43.
  • Lauren Chickosky ran one of her best races taking eighth place with a time of 19:42.7.
  • Madison Frame looks to be recognized as a First-Team All-MEC performer for the fourth time.
  •  WVWC finished in third during last season's cross country championships.
