NCAA ATLANTIC REGION CHAMPIONSHIPS: The women finished 6th place, which is the highest finish in Wesleyan HISTORY! Leigha Hall led the way with a 3rd place finish, qualifying her for the NCAA national championships! She also ran the fastest 6k time in Wesleyan HISTORY (20:48). Lindsey Dillon and Mo Akita just finished outside of All-Region honors, both having huge days and big PRs! Aubrey Paes, Mariam Al-Zoubi, Taylor Hess, and Sofia Pancoast rounded out historic team finish all with lifetime or season PRs. The men finished top 10 for the first time since 2015!
The men went from having 2 men on the team back in 2019 to where they are now- one of the fastest men's team in history going off of all time lists. Evan Pyles and Anthony Sanders ran away with 10k Prs, putting them both on the top 5 ALL TIME list! Jonathan Norton had a huge day finishing top 50 and a big PR. Kent Niland, Cade Robinson, Elijah Hannig, and Peyton Slider all rounded out in the top 100!
