Kylie McMillin joined the West Virginia Wesleyan College Dance Team coaching staff after a decorated collegiate career with the Bobcats. A lifelong dancer, she began training at the age of two and competed for 21 years, developing a passion for performance, leadership, and excellence that continues to shape her coaching approach.
She was a four-year member of the Bobcat Dance Team and served as co-captain throughout all four seasons. During her collegiate career, she helped lead West Virginia Wesleyan to two National Dance Alliance (NDA) National Runner-Up finishes, playing an integral role in one of the program's most successful competitive eras. In addition to her collegiate accomplishments, she also brings experience as a dance instructor, choreographer, and assistant coach, working with dancers of all ages and skill levels.
Her coaching philosophy centers on building a culture of passion, discipline, accountability, and respect while helping student-athletes grow as confident performers, supportive teammates, and leaders both on and off the competition floor. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes strong work ethic, resilience, sportsmanship, and the importance of supporting one another both on and off the competition floor.
She earned both her bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2025. As a proud Bobcat alum, she is honored to return to her alma mater and help continue the tradition of excellence established by the Bobcat Dance Team while inspiring the next generation of student-athletes.
