Glenville- Bobcat Volleyball picked up a conference road win on Tuesday evening. Wesleyan was able to improve to 3-0 in conference play when they downed the Glenville Pioneers 3-1. 

The match was extremely competitive with none of the sets being decided by more than five points. Glenville would take the first set 25-22 utilizing four straight points late in the match to break the tie at 18. That run for Glenville helped hold off the Bobcats for the opening set. 

Wesleyan would take the second set 25-23 utilizing a 3-0 start with two kills by Anaya Hyman. The Bobcats would take the third set once again 25-23. Wesleyan was down 9-5 in the middle of the match but took advantage of an attack error, an ace, and a kill by Ebonie Hicks and Alexie Arnold to tie the match at 9. The rest of the match was back and forth with Wesleyan outlasting Glenville for the set win. 

The fourth and final set was the largest margin of victory for the Bobcats as they took it 25-20. After being down 15-13 in the middle of the match, the Bobcats would outscore he Pioneers 12-5 to pick up the conference win. 

Volleyball will be back in action on Friday when they travel to WV State in hopes to keep their unbeaten conference streak alive. The game is set to begin at 7 PM.
