In the last game of the 2019 calendar year, West Virginia Wesleyan Women's Basketball made the short trip to Philippi on Saturday. A very even contest for the entire forty minutes of play, the Lady Battlers came out victorious 66-61. It was a one-point game at the half in favor of Alderson Broaddus, but the Lady Bobcats led by as much as six in the second half. Overall, there were seven lead changes on Saturday afternoon. Alderson Broaddus takes a win into the holiday break thanks to a 6-0 run over the last two minutes of the game.
