Recap
West Virginia Wesleyan Women's Basketball took the court for the first time in over a week on Wednesday. The Lady Bobcats played at West Liberty, and the home Lady Hilltoppers grabbed their first Mountain East Conference victory of the season, 82-51. West Liberty jumped out to an early 22-12 lead in the first quarter, and that lead would never drop to single digits over the final three. This is the second thirty-point loss in a row for the Lady Bobcats, and Coach Bullett will look to right the ship and keep this slide from lasting any longer. Through three games, there has been a surprising amount of parity in the MEC, as there aren't any undefeated teams remaining. In order to stay in the mix, the Lady Bobcats need to pick up a couple more wins before the holiday break.
