West Liberty, WV- West Virginia Wesleyan Women's Basketball hit the road on Wednesday evening to take on the 17-7 West Liberty Hilltoppers. Wesleyan would fall 71-56.
After securing a 16-14 lead at the end of the first quarter, Wesleyan would be outscored each of the last three quarters.Â
Nicole Gilyard would have 20 points for the Bobcats while also grabbing 13 rebounds for a double double.
Tyra Hughes would also get into double figures with 12 points.
Wesleyan will be back in action this Saturday against Wheeling for their last home game. The tip is set for 2 PM.Â
