The Basics
The West Virginia Wesleyan volleyball team (2-11, 2-2 Mountain East Conference) will play three home matches this week versus Fairmont State on Tuesday (Oct. 12), Frostburg State on Thursday (Oct. 14), and Davis & Elkins on Saturday (Oct. 16). All three matches are scheduled for a 7 p.m. first serve.

- Joelle Lalla's 0.77 blocks/set rank ninth out of all MEC players. Lalla has six block solos and 24 block assists this fall.
- Autumn Molenhouse hauled in 20 digs last week.

Scouting Fairmont State
The Fighting Falcons of Fairmont State are 13-5 and rank second in the MEC North. Reigning MEC Player of the Year Julia DiPaola leads Fairmont State with 156 kills. DiPaola's 2.91 kills/set ranks sixth in the MEC.

Lilianna Keber's 9.50 assists/set clip is the second-highest in the MEC. Defensively, Bryce Knapp has racked up 301 digs, good for fourth-highest in the MEC. Travis Hinkle begins his first season as head coach for Fairmont State. Hinkle was previously the head coach at Notre Dame (Ohio).

Scouting Frostburg State
The Bobcats carry a 4-12 overall record and a 1-3 MEC record. Irvine, Calif., native Beverly Braun amassed 3.63 kills/set in 56 sets played this season. Hayley Delor has passed 496 assists.

McKenna Houser is leading Frostburg State with 227 digs and is averaging 4.13 digs/set. Frostburg State is led by Kylie Heyne, who previously led Davis & Elkins.

Scouting Davis & Elkins
D&E is 6-8 overall and has a 3-1 MEC record. The Senators have knocked off Glenville State, Charleston and Concord in MEC competition. Outside hitter Macie Magallon returns for her senior season. Magallon leads the MEC with 4.98 kills/set.

Setter Brilane Manchego is averaging 9.45 assists/set. Mariah Autobee's 4.16 digs/set ranks sixth in the MEC. Jordan Willis begins his second season at the helm of Davis & Elkins volleyball.
