BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- The West Virginia Wesleyan lacrosse team (0-10) lost to Charleston (5-8) on Sunday (April 25) afternoon at Ross Field in Buckhannon, W.Va.

Victoria Sisson each scored a goal for the Bobcats. Kolenich tallied three ground balls. Lewellyn led the Bobcats with four draw controls. Goalie
Gabrielle Cleaveland made 15 saves.

Charleston Leaders
Elishia Davis was the Golden Eagles' leading scorer with seven goals. Davis dished out two assists, secured six ground balls and caused five turnovers. Colleen Ryan led UC with three assists. Georgia Ryan made three saves.

Inside the First Half
The Bobcats struck first when Kolenich scored her eighth goal of the season with 26:00 left in the first half. Charleston responded and scored seven consecutive goals. Wesleyan scored thanks to a Lewellyn goal with 5:47 left in the first half. UC would add two goals to build a 9-2 lead. Sisson made her 14th goal of the season with 2:05 left in the half. Charleston led 9-3 at the break.

Inside the Second Half
Charleston pulled away in the second half, scoring twelve unanswered goals. McKenna Kincaid scored consecutive goals and Ryan distributed all three of her assists in the last frame. UC won the game 21-3.
