The West Virginia Wesleyan men's & women's golf team will play in the Wally Edgell Invitational this week (Sept. 20-21) at Canaan Valley Resort in Davis, W.Va.

• The Wesleyan women's golf team hosted the WVWC Invite at Stonewall Resort last Thursday (Sept. 19). The Bobcats finished in a tie for third place.
• Kiana Toole placed second overall at the WVWC Invite. Toole shot an 80 on the par-72 course.
• Carleigh Bolyard continued her strong play at the WVWC Invite. Bolyard finished fifth after shooting an 85.
• Remmey Lohr has placed in the top-10 in every event this season. Lohr is a freshman from Carmichaels, Pa.
• The WVWC men's golf team improved their ranking by four spots in day two of the Golden Eagle Invite in Charleston, W.Va. Wesleyan took eighth place in the event.
• Freshman Davis Haynes placed in a tie for 11th place in the Golden Eagle Invitation.
• Freshman Alexis Abalos shot the lowest overall for the Bobcats in the Cal U Vulcan Invitational. Abalos totaled 228 strokes in the three-round event.
• Cami Roberts begins her second season at the helm of the Bobcat golf program.
