The West Virginia Wesleyan (0-3) football team welcomes West Liberty (1-2) to Ross Field in Buckhannon on Saturday, Sept. 25 for a 1 p.m. kickoff. Saturday will mark the 66
th time that WVWC and West Liberty have met on the gridiron.

Scouting West Liberty
West Liberty is coming off a 51-10 loss at No. 8 Notre Dame (Ohio) on Saturday, Sept. 18. The week before, WLU shut out Alderson Broaddus by a final score of 24-0.
Tyler Moler leads the offensive attack on the ground for the Hilltoppers with 44 carries for 239 yards (5.4 yards per carry). Isaiah Robinson has a team-high 17 catches and 215 receiving yards with two touchdowns.
Defensive back Jamaal Petteway paces the Hilltoppers with 14 total tackles. Defensive lineman David Gilcreast has recorded three sacks and a total of five tackles for loss.
Roger Waialae enters his 17th season as the West Liberty head football coach. His overall record at West Liberty is 85-88.
