BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The Mountain East Conference released its All-MEC Academic Teams and the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2021 of 2021 semester. The list includes sports that conducted their championship in the fall (football, men's cross country, men's golf, men's soccer, volleyball, women's cross country, women's golf and women's soccer).
 
 West Virginia Wesleyan Athletics had a total of 113 student-athletes recognized.
 
To be a member of the All-MEC Academic Team, the student-athlete must be a member of the active roster and have a grade-point average of 3.70-4.00 in the semester of their championship season. To qualify for the Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a member of the active roster and post a grade-point average between 3.25-3.69 in the semester of their championship season.
 
Over 1,100 student-athletes were recognized by the MEC, with more than half that earned Academic All-MEC honors (3.70 or higher) in their respective sports.
