Steve Warner collected his 1,100th career win on Monday (March 7) after the West Virginia Wesleyan softball team edged Mercyhurst 1-0 in Winter Haven, Fla.

Hannah Hudson continued her hot start in the circle and twirled a complete game shutout versus the Lakers. Hudson struck out seven Lakers and allowed four hits.

Molly Osborne drove in the game's only run on a sacrifice fly in the third inning that scored
Kaitlyn Rizor.
Kiley Turner collected multiple hits at the plate for Wesleyan.

Warner is ninth all-time in NCAA Division II softball history in wins and in his 29th season in charge of Bobcat softball.
