BUCKHANNON, W.Va.— The West Virginia Wesleyan (1-4-0, 1-2-0) fell at home to Concord (3-2-0, 1-2-0) on Wednesday (Sept. 14) afternoon at Cebe Ross Field.

The Bobcats and Mountain Lions were scoreless for the first 30 minutes of action. CU's Jessica Neville got the scoring started in the 30
th minute. The goal was assisted by Leah Foster and Reeanna Cook. Concord outshot the Bobcats 7-1 in the first half and carried a one-goal lead into the break.

Concord scored a pair of goals in less than two minutes of game time in the second half. Jayme Millard and Olivia Bekeleski each tallied an unassisted goal that gave CU a three-goal cushion. Millard scored again in the 71
st minute with an assist by Leah Fleming to put Concord ahead, 4-0. The 'Cats scored in the 84

Ava Badallo, who scored her first goal in a Bobcat uniform, on a set piece. Millard completed a hat trick in the 86
th minute on a header.

West Virginia Wesleyan women's soccer is scheduled for a road trip to Institute, W.Va. for a game versus West Virginia State on Sunday (Sept. 18) at 6 p.m.
