BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Wesleyan College Bobcat Dance Team made history by being the runner-ups in the Division II Team Performance category at The National Cheer and Dance Alliance Collegiate Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The team improved their score in the final round of competition by 2.275 points and took second to Davenport University by only .65 of a point.

Head Coach Lesa Dencklau said "I are extremely proud of the way these student athletes have represented WVWC at the national level at the largest competition of its kind in the world!"
