With a 1-0 victory over the Glenville State University Pioneers Sunday, the Wesleyan women's soccer program remains in playoff contention for the upcoming Mountain East Conference tournament.

Ellie Pergolotti and the Bobcat defense held strong to hold onto the much needed three points in the MEC South Division table.

Wesleyan remains in the fourth and final divisional spot at 15 points with Glenville one point behind. Glenville ends its regular season on the road at third-place Concord University, while Wesleyan travels to winless Davis & Elkins College for its last match and a chance to seal a tournament birth. The Bobcats kickoff is slated for Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 4:30 p.m.
