Concord, W.Va.- The Wesleyan Volleyball team traveled to play the Mountain Lions of Concord University. The Bobcats would fall 2-3 taking sets 1 and 3. Set 3 would rally on as Wesleyan would pull out the win with a score of 31-29. Wesleyan would beat Concord in some categories of the team stats with 63 kills to Concord's 57, 58 assists to 51 assists, and 71 digs to 67 digs. The difference would be the hitting percentage with Concord at 24% and Wesleyan at 11.6%. 


Notable performers for Wesleyan include Bhrooke Axe with 16 kills and 4 block assists. Olivia Albrecht would record 13 kills and 3 block assists. Setter, Helena Kelley would collect 31 assists, 3 serving aces, and 14 digs. Libero, Alexis Moeschler, would lead the team in digs with 22 and recorded 2 serving aces. Emily Dension would have 10 kills, 4 blocks and 14 digs in the night. Lisadarelyn Grassals would have 11 kills and 2 digs. 

The Volleyball team is set to play Glenville State University at home on Friday, November 8th at 7:00pm.
