After facing the Griffins in the Wilson Tobbs Classic the previous week, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats traveled to Philadelphia on Saturday to take on Chestnut Hill College in a three-game series. Wesleyan took one win as Chestnut Hill won the two-weekend season series 3-2.

 The Griffins outperformed the Bobcats in the first game of the series Friday, with a commanding 13-6 victory. Top performances by Aiden Myers, R.J. Huth, and Michael Pascoe helped lead the way as the three combined went 3-5 and tallied a combined total of eight RBIs.

Wesleyan was able to squeak out one win in the second game of the series after stopping a comeback from Chestnut.
Jack Tilton went 4-4 with two doubles and three RBIs to help aid the Bobcats victory.
Broderick Rohrbaugh had a stellar pitching performance, going six-and-a-third innings with only two earned runs allowed.

Chestnut Hill stole the Game 3 win on a walk-off 4-3 victory with an RBI single from Justin Geiger and a solid pitching performance from Dylan Broderick.

The Bobcats play at home for the first time of the season against Bluefield State University in a doubleheader. The first game begins at 2 p.m. and the second game begins at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13.Â
