Winter Haven, Fla.- The Bobcats' softball team after a day off Wednesday, March 6th, the team came back to play two games March 7th first against the College of Staten Island. The Bobcats dominated winning in 5 innings and not allowing a single run.
Kendall Stoffel took the victory on the rubber pitching 4 innings allowing 3 hits, no earned runs, and collected 4 strikeouts. Freshman,
Mollie White came in relief to pitch in the 5th allowing no hits or runs. Offensively, the Bobcats roared a 10 run first inning.
Andie Dizon started it off with a 2RBI double scoring
Alyssa Rohr and
Brooklyn Osburn.
Kendall Stoffel and
Jenna Gomez would both RBI single to make the score 4-0.
Maya Reyes would double to left field scoring two more runs.
Brooklyn Osburn would RBI single before
Andie Dizon came back to the plate to hit a 3-run homerun to make it 10-0.
Kendall Stoffel would RBI single in the 3rd to make it 11-0.
The Bobcats play Concordia University of St. Paul later the the same evening.
