BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The University of Charleston women's tennis team finished the regular season undefeated and captured the 2026 Mountain East Conference regular season championship once again. The Golden Eagles will be the No. 1 seed in next weekend's MEC Championship at the Schoenbaum Tennis Courts in Charleston, West Virginia.
UC, which finished 12-7 overall and 6-0 in MEC play, will face No. 4 Frostburg State on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. The other semifinal — No. 2 Fairmont State vs. No. 3 West Virginia Wesleyan — will follow at noon.
The MEC championship will be played Sunday, May 3 at 3:30 p.m.
