BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference on Friday announced its 2026 Men's Tennis award winners and all-conference teams, following a vote of the league's head coaches.
Fairmont State's Kusunoki Haruto has been named the 2026 MEC Men's Tennis Player of the Year. Haruto, went 14-2 this season in singles and 14-2 in doubles. He also helped the Falcons earn the No. 2 seed at the 2026 MEC Men's Tennis Championship this weekend.
West Virginia Wesleyan's
Stefans Audrins was named the MEC Tennis Freshman of the Year. Audrins, went 17-4 this season and was undefeated in conference play this year.
The MEC Men's Coach of the Year award went to Charleston's Alec Foote as he helped the Golden Eagles go undefeated in league play, 6-0 and earn the No. 1 seed at the MEC Men's Tennis Championship. Foote, also won the award a year ago in 2025.
In addition to announcing the individual award winners, the league also announced its all-conference teams on Friday afternoon (listed below).
