Dominic Bornman

Dominic Bornman enters his third season with the West Virginia Wesleyan football program. Bornman will serve as the quarterbacks coach and recruiting coordinator in 2022 after coaching the wide receivers during the 2020-21 season. Bornman arrived in Buckhannon after serving as an assistant coach at Illinois College, where he also was the athletic department’s strength & conditioning coordinator.

At Illinois College, Bornman coached the Blueboy quarterbacks in 2018 before being tasked with special teams coordinator and running back duties in 2019. During the 2017 season, he served as the wide receivers coach and co-special teams coordinator at Dickinson College.

From 2014-16, Bornman was the wide receivers coach at Lycoming College while also holding the post of strength and conditioning coordinator. His first coaching stop came as the wide receivers coach at Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pa., in 2013.

The Mechanicsburg, Pa., native played football at Juniata College and graduated in 2012 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Digital Media.
