Anton Vrebac joined the West Virginia Wesleyan men's basketball program as an assistant coach in September of 2021.
Vrebac arrived in Buckhannon after a stint at International Sports Academy in Willoughby, Ohio, where he worked with basketball players to reach athletic achievement through elite skills and performance training.
After two years as an assistant coach at Fairport Harding High School in Fairport Harbor, Ohio, Vrebac was the head boys basketball coach this past season. He led Fairport Harding to 16 wins during the 2020-21 campaign.
The Willowick, Ohio native graduated from Notre Dame College in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in communication. Vrebac was a football student-athlete at NDC and earned Second Team All-Mountain East Conference honors as a punter his senior year. He holds the NDC program record for most career punt yards (8,442).
