Buckhannon, WV- West Virginia Wesleyan Men's Basketball played a non-conference matchup on Tuesday evening against Ohio Valley University. The Bobcats would fall to the Fighting Scots for the second time this season 77-69.
Wesleyan would find themselves down at half by eight due to OVU shooting 63% from beyond the arc. With 16:06 left in the second half, the Bobcats would cut the OVU lead to just four which was their best stretch since the 7:27 mark in the first half.
Clay Todd would lead Wesleyan in scoring with 20 while
Fred Brondsted would add 14. The Bobcats would only shoot 37% in the game but with their 11 steals kept the game close, and never found themselves down by a a big margin.Â
Wesleyan will have a few weeks off before they end the year with a contest at home on December 31st against Alderson Broaddus. The game is set to start at 2:30 PM.Â
