Buckhannon, WV – Wesleyan took on West Virginia State University Sunday afternoon in a doubleheader matchup. The Lady Bobcats took game one, 5-2, while West Virginia State took game two, 1-0.

Game 1: Lauryn King got things started for the Lady Bobcats in the bottom of the first inning when she hit a SAC fly RBI. West Virginia State took the lead in the top of the third inning when they put up two runs, making the score 2-1. In the bottom of the fourth inning, leadoff batter Lauren Niglio drew a walk.
