The Basics
The West Virginia Wesleyan women's soccer team is scheduled to welcome Alderson Broaddus to Buckhannon on Tuesday (March 30) at 3 p.m. before taking on Frostburg State at 5 p.m. on Friday (April 2) for Senior Night. Both games will be played at Ross Field.Â

- WVWC shut out West Virginia State 2-0 at home on Sunday (March 28). Bailey Heubi and Ally Moore combined in goal for the clean sheet.
- In her second start of the season, Orian Bar scored a goal in the 15th minute against WVSU before Natalie Pireu drilled the ball into the top right corner of the net on a free kick in the 39th minute.Â

The Battlers are 0-2-1 overall after falling 1-0 to Davis & Elkins on Wednesday, March 24.Â

Freshman forward Gwen Sherwood has a goal and an assist through the first three matches for AB. Senior goalkeeper Alexis McKeown has started the last two games for the Battlers.Â

Frostburg State is 3-1-1 overall this season including a 1-0 victory against WVWC in Maryland on Friday, March 5.Â

Audra Curtin paces the Bobcats with three goals and an assist. Ashley Bilger is the reigning MEC Defensive Player of the Week. She has recorded two clean sheets and 18 saves this year.Â
