BUCKHANNON, W.Va. -- The West Virginia Wesleyan lacrosse team (0-8) lost to Alderson Broaddus (3-6) on Saturday (April 17) afternoon at Ross Field in Buckhannon, W.Va.

WVWC Leaders
Lauren Bolen scored the two goals for WVWC.
Sam Mise and
Yuka Mizuide each caused two turnovers. Mizuide and
Iris Kolenich each scooped up three ground balls. Kolenich,
Kaitlynn Canby, and
Makenzi Lewellyn all had three draw controls.

Alderson Broaddus Leaders
Five AB players scored multiple goals. Lilly Parsons and Brooke Dinehart both scored three goals for the Battlers. Dinehart, Leslie Diaz, and Terri Nashe all had two assists.

Inside the First Half
Alderson Broaddus scored eight unanswered goals within the first 20 minutes of the game. Parsons scored all three of her goals in this time span. AB led at the half 10-0.

Inside the Second Half
Alderson Broaddus continued their offensive efficiency in the second half and scored the first five goals of the second frame. The Bobcats got on the board thanks to a free position shot goal by Bolen with 6:43 left. After a yellow card by AB, Bolen struck again and scored her second goal of the afternoon at the 3:55 mark. Alderson Broaddus won the game 16-2.
