The Basics
Due to the likelihood of inclement weather, West Virginia Wesleyan baseball's series at West Virginia State has been pushed back a day with 1 p.m. doubleheaders on Sunday (April 25) and Monday (April 26) at Calvin L. Bailey Field.

• Eric Forbrick is now tied for 10th all-time in career hits at WVWC (172). He is already in the Top-10 for career doubles and home runs over his Bobcat career.
• Adrian Delgado and Geovani Sostre hit back-to-back home runs against Concord on Sunday (April 18). 
• Delgado hit a walk-off double in Wesleyan's 5-4 game one victory over Alderson Broaddus on Monday (April 5). 
• Delgado followed that up with a 2-run walk-off homer to defeat Fairmont State in game two of a doubleheader on Wednesday (April 7). 
• Hunter Eplin hit his first collegiate home run and went 2-for-2 at the plate in game one of Sunday's (April 11) doubleheader at Charleston.
• Randy Tenney enters his 35th season as the head coach of the Wesleyan baseball program. He has accumulated a 782-611-6 overall record. 
 
Scouting West Virginia State
The Yellow Jackets are 19-7 overall and 16-4 in Mountain East Conference play. 
 
Matt Harrison leads WVSU is most of the major offensive categories: batting average (.407), home runs (10) and RBI (30). 
 
On the mound, Ethan Lauchart has pitched the most innings (36.2) and struck out the most batters (41) amongst West Virginia State pitchers. 
 
Sean Loyd enters his seventh season as the Yellow Jacket head baseball coach.
