Buckhannon, W.Va.- The West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats played the Yellow Jackets of West Virginia State at home in their final home match. After losing on the road at Glenville,the Bobcats were looking to get a win at home. They would the match losing the sets 23-25, 11-25, and 23-25.
Some notable performances from the match offensively was
Olivia Albrecht with 10 kills, and
Emily Denison with 9 kills. Setter,
Makenzie Yates totaled 25 assists and 11 digs defensively. On the back line,
Alexis Moeschler and Tiana Caroll collected 15 digs in total. For West Virginia State, Diamond'Nique Young had 11 kills and Jacklyn Sims with 8 kills.
The Bobcats play Davis and Elkins on the road for the final match of the season Friday, November 10th.
