Men’s Tennis Has Win Streak Snapped By Edinboro On The Road

Box Score EDINBORO, Pa. – The West Virginia Wesleyan Men's Tennis fell on the road at Edinboro this afternoon 5-2. The win by the Fighting Scots marks their 10th consecutive win at home.

Doubles Competition
Camillo Salvi and Kevin Lin started the day off with a 6-2 win in doubles play. Emmanuel Mallya and Kihirio Karasawa fell just short of a win, losing 7-6. Andreas Hald Dige and Anthony McIntosh also lost, falling 6-3.

Singles Competition
Edinboro won four out of the six singles matches as Camillo Salvi and Jonathan Lindstrand were the only Bobcats to pick up victories. In those victories, Salvi went three sets to get the win and Lindstrand won 6-3 and 6-2.

Wesleyan returns back to Buckhannon on Tuesday for MEC action with Frostburg State at 4 p.m.
