BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – West Virginia Wesleyan Softball will be on the campus of East Stroudsburg for Pod 1 of the Atlantic Regional Tournament, starting tomorrow. The Bobcats are set face the No. 4 seeded West Chester Golden Rams at Creekview Park at 1:30 p.m. in the first round of the four team, double elimination pod.

THE BOBCATS
Wesleyan enters (43-15) overall, losing their last two games in the MEC Tournament to Fairmont State and Notre Dame College.
All-MEC Second Team Selection
Morgan Norris leads the Bobcat offense, batting .388 with 66 hits, 12 doubles, four triples, 10 HR, 54 RBI and a 1.128 OPS. MEC Freshman of the Year and All-MEC First Team honoree
Andie Dizon is another force in the lineup, hitting .356 with 48 hits, 10 doubles, 8 HR, 38 RBI and a 1.039 OPS.
Kendall Stoffel (1.17),
Hannah Hudson (1.56) and
Abigail O'Shields (1.88) all enter the tournament with an ERA under 2.00 while Stoffel, the MEC Pitcher of the Year, brings a 19-2 record as well.
Hannah Hudson, an All-MEC First Team selection, is 16-9 with 154 strikeouts in 144 innings of work this season.
WEST CHESTER GOLDEN RAMS
The Golden Rams enter (36-17) overall and are losers of their last three, falling to Shippensburg to close the regular season and losing to Bloomsburg and Gannon to be eliminated from the PSAC Tournament on the first day.
West Chester features a lineup with four batters over .300, including Madison Melvin's astounding .489 AVG and 88 hits. As a team, WCU has hit 25 HR and have two Golden Rams with 38 RBI to lead the squad. Freshman and All-PSAC First Team standout Danielle Ciliberto enters the tournament with a 1.52 ERA, .97 WHIP, 13-4 record and nine complete games (seven shutouts) in 110.1 innings.
PSAC Eastern Division Coach of the Year Diane Lokey is in her 20
th season leading the West Chester Softball program. She took the Golden Rams to three straight National Semifinal appearances and went on a run of six consecutive division titles. In her 20 seasons, WCU has just missed the PSAC Tournament under Lokey.
