Buckhannon, W.Va.- The Bobcat Volleyball team was looking to bounce back off two conference losses. The Cardinals of Wheling University proved to be a tough opponent as Wesleyan would lose in 3 sets. Wesleyan struggled offensively recording a 0% hitting percentage with 28 kills and 28 attack errors.
Notable performances for the Bobcats included
Olivia Albrecht with 9 kills.
Bhrooke Axe would follow with 7 kills on the night and 6 digs defensively.
Helena Kelley would lead in serving aces with 3 and was put in the 3 set as the primary setter, recording 7 assists. Sophomore, Emily Dension would record 9 digs and 4 kills on the night.
The Bobcats' next opponent will be West Liberty University Saturday, October 19th in the Rockefeller Center at 1:00pm.
