Winter Haven, Fla. - The Bobcats finished 1-1 on Day 4 of the Spring Games. After defeating Southwest Minnesota State, the Bobcats would lose game two to Seton Hill.
Victoria Wehrberger collected her first loss pitching 6.2 innings giving up 12 hits and 7 earned runs. Wesleyan would jump out to a 3-0 lead after the first 4 innings.
Kendall Stoffel started it off in the 1st with a sac fly to right field. In the 3rd,
Carlee Iannone would RBI single bringing in
Brooklyn Osburn. In the 4th, Hallie Dinki collected a sac bunt RBI to score
Mollie White. In the 5th, Seton hill would tie the game 3-3 after an RBI on a fielders choice and a 2 RBI single. In the top of the 7th, 4 runs would come across for Seton Hill to make it 3-7.
Wesleyan has the day off Wednesday, March 6th and will pick up play Thursday against College of Staten Island and Concordia University, St. Paul.
