The West Virginia Wesleyan men's soccer team travels to nearby Alderson Broaddus on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. kickoff on Wednesday, March 17 before welcoming Notre Dame (Ohio) to Buckhannon on Sunday (March 21) at 2 p.m.

Scouting Alderson Broaddus
Alderson Broaddus comes into this game on the back of a 3-1 home loss to Frostburg State in its season opener (March 14). Freshman Andres Melendez got onto the scoresheet.
Freshman goalkeeper Diego Gomez made one save and was also credited with the assist for Melendez's goal.
Scott Phipps is in his seventh season as the head coach of the Battlers.
Last Season vs Alderson Broaddus
An exhibition match in the build up to the Mountain East Conference season finished 1-1 between the two sides last season with Emre 'Turk' Deniz scoring for the Bobcats.
Scouting Notre Dame
The Falcons will come into the game Sunday with a 1-1-0 record after suffering a 3-2 road defeat to Davis & Elkins followed by a 1-0 victory at West Liberty.
Freshman Filip Sparevec leads NDC with two goals, both in their season opening defeat.
Carl Nolan is into his fifth season as head coach of the Falcons and currently boasts a 47-19-7 record.
Last Season vs Notre Dame
Last season, the Bobcats won a vital three points in a 1-0 victory in Buckhannon with
Nika Monaselidze scoring a double overtime game winner to send the Culpepper into ecstasy.
In the reverse fixture in South Euclid, Ohio, the Falcons came away with a deserved 3-1 victory, with
Luca Falconieri scoring the lone Bobcat goal.
A third matchup between the two came in the MEC Tournament semi-final in South Euclid which finished tied at 0-0 after 120 minutes. The Falcons advanced to the final on penalty kicks.
