BUCKHANNON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Wesleyan men's and women's swimming teams will be in Canton, Ohio starting tomorrow (Feb. 7) until Friday (Feb. 10) for the GMAC/MEC Championships.

As A Team
Both the women's and men's teams will be competing in the 200 yard medley relay.

For The Women
Zeinah Abdelsalam, Hayley Willey and Ashley Downes will be competing in the 1000 yard freestyle. In the 200 yard individual medley, there will be Annalise Gentilozzi, Jennifer Williams and Madison MacMillan.

Morgan Bennet and Madison MacMillan will be in the 100 yard butterfly. Jennifer Williams will be the only Bobcat competing in the 400 yard individual medley as well as Alayna Crane will be the only Bobcat in the 200 yard freestyle.

In the 100 yard backstroke, the Bobcats participating will be Hayley Willey, Zeinah Abdelsalam and Alayna Crane. For the 100 yard breaststroke, there will be Jennifer Williams, Annalise Gentilozzi, Ashley Downes and Emily Lahman.

Alienor Dalle, Morgan Bennet, Madison MacMillan and Emily Lahman will all be competing in the 100 yard freestyle. The last event that the women's side will be competing in is the 200 yard backstroke, which will have Alayna Crane, Zeinah Abdelsalam and Hayley Willey competing.

For The Men
Nicholas Gerosa will be featured in three events for the Bobcats. Those events will be the 1000 yard freestyle, 100 yard backstroke and the 200 yard backstroke.

Ben Esposito is competing in the 100 yard butterfly and the 100 yard breaststroke. Jack Gutekunst will also be in 100 yard breaststroke will Esposito.

Stephen Groves is in the 400 individual medley.
