Buckhannon, W.Va. - Men's and Women's Swim finished up the regular season in the Natatorium against Fairmont State. The Men's score against the Falcons was Fairmont State: 147 WVWC: 47. For the Women, the meet finished Fairmont State: 193 WVWC: 43. Some notable performers for the men were Marcus Walker, who placed 1st on the 100 yard fly with a time of 55.11 and 1st in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:06.74. Marcus also finished 2nd in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 56.52. Caleb Martin placed 2nd in the Men's 50 yard freestyle with a time of 22.73. Stephen Groves placed 4th in the Men's 200 yard free at 2:08.36 and 5th in the 100 yard free with a time of 55.74. 

For the Women's, Alienor Dalle placed 2nd in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:19.27 and finished 3rd in the 50 yard freestyle at 28.40. Zeina Abdelsalam finished 3rd in the 50 yard backstroke with a time of 34.85 and 4th in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:28.74. 


The Bobact Swim Team will head to Canton Ohio for the MEC/GMAC Championship. It will be held Tuesday, February 13th through Saturday, February 17th.
