The Basics
The West Virginia Wesleyan men's soccer team welcomes both Alderson Broaddus and Concord to Buckhannon this week on Wednesday (Oct. 13) and Sunday (Oct. 17) respectively. The Bobcats will take on the Battlers at 7 p.m. while the Sunday afternoon versus Concord will kick off at 2 p.m.

• The Bobcats beat Frostburg State 2-0 at Culpepper Stadium on Wednesday (Oct. 6) and came back from two goals down to tie 2-2 at Notre Dame (Ohio) on Sunday (Oct. 10).
• Javier De Ona Garcia scored his first goal of the season to open the scoring against Frostburg Statefrom a Connor Hartwell assist.
• Nika Monaselidze delivered his fifth goal of the season against Frostburg State from the penalty spot and added his sixth goal in the 2-2 draw at Notre Dame (Ohio).
• Two English Bobcats combined for the equalizer at NDC as Connor Hartwell assisted Charlie Naylor's header from a free kick.
• Logan Nelson made five saves at Notre Dame (Ohio) to help the Bobcats come back to Buckhannon with a point.
• Lanty Rose produced a solid display in his 59-minute debut from the bench and Lance Cerullo played a season-high 60 minutes at NDC.
• Gavin Donaldson was gifted a signed ball by the team at training last week as a congratulations for earning his 400^th career win.

Scouting Alderson Broaddus
The Battlers lost their last time out at Davis and Elkins, 4-1. Alderson Broaddus is 4-7-0 overall and 3-6-0 in the Mountain East Conference.

Austrian sophomore Andreas Rossak leads the goal scoring charts for AB so far this season with five and has contributed four assists.

Scott Phipps is in his seventh season as head coach of the Battlers.

Previously vs. Alderson Broaddus
The Bobcats travelled to Alderson Broaddus on Wednesday (Sept. 8) to open Mountain East Conference play and left Philippi with all three points thanks to goals from Connor Hartwell and Tanner Amos in the 2-1 victory.

Scouting Concord
Concord is currently 0-10-0 (0-8 in MEC play) after a 2-1 overtime loss at home against Wheeling.

Junior midfielder Michael Shelor has a goal and an assist for Concord.

Steve Barrett is in his 24^th season as head coach of the Mountain Lions.

Previously vs. Concord
The Bobcats defeated the Mountain Lions, 2-1 on Wednesday (Sept. 22). The two Georgians Nika Monaselidze and Nugzar Barkaia scored goals.
